Privacy notice
AXYN processes your personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). This notice explains the purposes we process data for and the rights you have as a data principal.
Purposes of processing

Required to run your account. You cannot turn this off while you hold an AXYN account.Transactional emails
If you turn this off, you will not receive workflow approval requests or billing reminders by email.Product analytics
If you turn this off, we stop recording anonymous usage events that help us improve the product.Monthly product updates

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. We will respond within 30 days of receipt.
Data retention: audit records are kept for 7 years per regulatory requirement. Encrypted PII columns are crypto-shredded on request under the erasure right.
